FAQ
Is it safe to cycle in the centre of Barcelona?
Safety is crucial on our tours. Therefore we mainly follow bike lanes and quiet, off the beaten track streets, always avoiding car traffic when possible, besides cycling has become very fashionable in Barcelona recently. The city council is also promoting the use of bicycles as a form of daily transport through its public bike system for Barcelona’s civilians.
Will we have a chance to stop and take photos?
Every few hundred meters we stop to discuss the sights, so there’s plenty of time to take pictures.
In which language are the tours?
The Daily Tour in the morning and afternoon are in English as so is the Barcelona by Night Tour however we offer all other tours in English, French, Dutch, German, Portuguese, Spanish and Catalan if booked in advance. Other languages are also available on request when booking in advance although they are subject top availability.
What should I bring?
As little as possible: comfortable clothes, some money and your camera. All bikes have a handlebar bag where you can leave personal belongings. We can also store your backpack or bags safely in the shop during the tour.
What if it rains?
In a city with more than 300 days of sunshine a year we don’t need to worry about bad weather however r proof ponchos are provided if necessary.
Can I bring my own bicycle?
Sure! We’ll give you a 6€ reduction if you join one of our tours with your own bike.
